Great Printer, but NOT for Photos The Lexmark X is a great all-in-one printer overall, but if printing great color photos is important or true-to-life color printing , you may want to pass this one up. Intro The professional-looking Lexmark X inkjet multitasks to produce faxes, prints, scans, and copies for a small office or a home. Each menu and sub-menu was in an understandable order and category. The top cover of the Lexmark X combines the ADF, input, and exit trays plus a scanner-glass cover. The Bottom Line The Lexmark X fits a home or a small office that values good-looking photos more than speed, sharp text prints, or great scans. I purchased it for my in-home business. It’s fairly large, but lightweight. I would absolutely recommend this one. Color text prints very well, but any type of picture or graphic always looks “off”.
It is highly recommended for the small office, although for photo printing you may have to tinker with the colour balance of your photos first to get good results.
